Complete liquidation of the former Tompkins Co. vinyl window manufacturing facility in Augusta, GA.  This auction includes a complete array of manufacturing equipment including industrial miter saws, vinyl welders, glass cutting system, linear positioner, punch/presses, heat press, glass washer, a forklift, new stock glass, lab equipment, glazing table, fixtures, racks and much more.  Bidding ends August 18th

**This auction will have a staggered ending, three items per minute.  If any item receives a bid within the last minute of the auction, that item will extend for 2 minutes until bidding ceases.

INSPECTION:  Representatives will be on site for inspection on both Friday, August 13th and Tuesday, August 17th from 9-11 AM.  All items are located at the former Tompkins Co at 2323 Milledgeville Road Augusta, GA 30904.  South Auction strongly recommends in person inspection.  Items are described to the best of our abilities, but with no guarantee of accuracy.  Please be sure to click through on individual items for longer descriptions, additional information and additional pictures.

PICKUP: Pickup for this auction is by appointment during select hours on August 20th, 23rd, 24th and 25th.  Winning bidders will be notified via email about setting a pickup appointment.  All items must be collected by August 31st.  South Auction representatives will not be on site after these designated dates.  **Winning bidders should be prepared to arrange their own riggers and bring their own forklifts, equipment, tools and labor for removal of machines.  PLEASE PLAN AHEAD!!
