Court Ordered Abandoned Vehicles
By order of the Superior Court of Jefferson County, South Auction will offer approximately 84 abandoned vehicles from the former Old Capitol Motors. This will be a live auction (no online bidding) and all units sell absolute to the highest bidder. Most of the cars are NOT in running condition and are in various stages of disrepair. All units are being sold AS IS with no guarantee of any kind. A majority of these vehicles are salvage and not in operating condition.
Auction Date: Thursday October 8, 2020 at 10:00 AM
Location: the former Old Capital Motors, 501 US-1, Louisville, GA 30434
Inspection Date: Wednesday October 7, 2020 from 10 AM to 2 PM
Claim date for persons/entities with interest: Thursday October 1, 2020 from 9 AM to 5 PM
Pickup Dates: post auction, October 9th and 12th.
