Contents, equipment and fixtures of two Steak n Shake locations, Pooler and Statesboro, GA. This auction includes a good variety of clean useable commercial restaurant equipment. Grills, stainless tables, freezers, storage racks, prep coolers and much more.
**NOTE THAT A 15% BUYER'S PREMIUM AND 8% SALES TAX WILL BE ADDED TO ALL ITEMS
Bidding ends September 2nd at 7 PM. If any items recieves a bid within the last minute, that item will extend for 2 minutes
**IMPORTANT NOTE** Items 551-627 are located at the Statesboro location while items 635-712 are located at the Pooler location. These items will have seperate pickup times. The Statesboro location has power, but the Pooler location does NOT. In person inspection is encouraged.
INSPECTION: Representatives will be on site for inspection at the Statesboro location (244 Henry Blvd Statesboro, GA 30458) on August 29th from 9-11 AM and September 1st from 1-3 PM and the Pooler Location (10 Mill Creek Circle Pooler, GA 31322) on August 29th from 1-3 PM and September 1st from 9-11 AM. South Auction strongly recommends in person inspection. Items are described to the best of our abilities, but with no guarntee of accuracy
PICKUP: Pick up for this auction will be by appointment on September 4th and 5th for Statesboro and September 5th and 7th for Pooler. Pooler and Statesboro locations will have seperate pickup times. Winning bidders will be contacted about how to set an appointment. PICKUP DATES ARE FIRM. Winning bidders should be prepared to bring their own labor and tools and handle all disconnect and removal. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD!
