PICKUP DATES: 10/03/2025, and 10/04/2025 / 9am - 5pm. Winning bidders will be contacted via email about how to set an appointment. All items are located at 206 Timberline Road, Statesboro, GA 30461. WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS - ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!  PLEASE PLAN AHEAD FOR THESE PICKUP DATES! ** Please come prepared with the necessary accessories to load your items, such as straps, trailers, and anything else you may need. 

**This auction will have a staggered ending, three items per minute.  If any item receives a bid within the last minute of the auction, that item will extend for 2 minutes until bidding ceases.**

South Auction will have a loader on hand to load the heavier items. Please read the item description on EVERY item as some items are too large for our loader and the buyer will need to plan accordingly.

If you are using a GATE card, you MUST submit your GATE or Tax Exempt forms prior to 7pm, October 2nd. Any forms supplied after the bidding has been completed will be charged a $25.00 reversal fee. Please email to Terri@southauctiongroup.com
