INSPECTION: Representatives will be on site for inspection on Saturday, August 2nd from 10am-12pm and Tuesday, August 5th from 10am-5pm. All items are located at 2128 Bay Springs Rd, Adrian GA 31002. Do not attempt to view these items outside of the posted inspection dates. These items are behind a locked gate. South Auction strongly recommends in person inspection. Items are described to the best of our abilities, but with no guarantee of accuracy. PICKUP: Pick up for this auction will be from 8-6 on Thursday, August 7th, and Friday, August 8th, and 8-12 on Saturday, August 9th. WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS - ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! PLEASE PLAN AHEAD FOR THESE PICKUP DATES! There are a significant amount of bulk lots in this catalog. A few of these lots are located in hard to get to locations or behind other lots. With over 500 lots we will likely have over a hundred different buyers making it impossible to physically help everyone load every item. Please do not bid unless you are prepared to load these items yourself. Please plan ahead and bring appropriate personnel to load these items. We will help where we can but there are no guarantees. South Auction will have a skidsteer with forks on-site to assist in loading heavier items on a first-come, first-served basis. Winning bidders on the following lots will be solely responsible for providing all labor, rigging, and machinery necessary for removal: Lots 6, 20, 626, 673, 674, 675, 826, 827, 828, 830, and 831. South Auction and staff will not provide any assistance in there removal.
