There is a 10% BUYERS PREMIUM added to your bid if you are the high bidder. There is a minimum of $1,500 buyer premium on each property. If you are the winning bidder you will be required to submit a 20% EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT within 48 hours of the auction.
Bidding Ends: August 20th at 12 noon EST. ***PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS EXTENDED BIDDING IN PLACE ON ALL LOTS. All lots will extend in 5-minute intervals as long as we are receiving bids on ANY PROPERTY. The bidding will remain open until we do not have a bid on any property for 5 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: If there are bids placed on ANY PROPERTY in the last 5 minutes of the auction, the bidding on ALL PROPERTIES IN THE AUCTION will extend in 5 minute intervals. The bidding will continue to extend on ALL PROPERTIES as long as there are bids being placed. The auction will end when all bidding on all properties is quiet for 5 minutes. Be aware this auction will most likely extend past 12 noon.
