The highly anticipated Part 2 of the Montrose Downsizing Auction!  A packed catalog with a wide variety of unique and interesting items! Items include neon signs, metalworking and machining tools, woodworking tools, vintage Toyota FJ Landcruiser parts, antique vending machines, a hit and miss engine, a low-hour Can-Am side-by-side, a Swiss Pz61 Army tank and much more! This is OUR LARGEST PERSONAL PROPERTY AUCTION EVER with 925 lots! Due to the large quantity of items in this catalog, LOTS WILL BEGIN CLOSING AT 5PM ON JUNE 18TH.  Please plan accordingly.  To keep track of lots, it is highly recommended that interested bidders use the WATCHLIST feature on our website, or use the MAX BID option to allow the program to bid on their behalf.  This auction has been lotted according to category with the following brackets: Collector items lot 1-249, Vehicle related items lot 250-289, Tool related items lot 301-621, Miscellaneous items lot 640-958, Army tank lot 1000.

**This auction will have a staggered ending, three items per minute.  If any item receives a bid within the last minute of the auction, that item will extend for 2 minutes until bidding ceases.

PICKUP: Pick up for this auction will be from 9-4 on Thursday - June 19th, Friday - June 20th, and Saturday - June 21st, and 9-12 on the morning of Sunday, June 22nd.   WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS - ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!  PLEASE PLAN AHEAD FOR THESE PICKUP DATES!  There are a significant amount of large and heavier items in this catalog.  Many of these items are located in hard to get to locations within 7 different buildings, ie. on the top floor, on the top rack, under a shelf way in the back.  With almost 1000 lots we will likely have several hundred different buyers making it impossible to physically help load every item.  Please do not bid unless you are prepared to load these items yourself.  Please plan ahead and bring appropriate personnel to load these items.  We will help where we can but there are no guarantees.  We will however help load the heavier items that require machinery to load.  South Auction will have a skidsteer with forks on-site to assist in loading heavier items on a first-come, first-served basis.
