NONE OF THESE ITEMS HAVE BEEN CHECKED TO SEE IF THEY WORK. MANY ELECTRICAL ITEMS ARE 3 PHASE. THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY IN THIS BUILDING. A FEW OF THE ITEMS ARE HARD WIRED. THE BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFELY REMOVING THESE ITEMS. THERE ARE NO TITLES ON ANY TRAILERS OR VEHICLES. BILL OF SALE ONLY WILL BE CONVEYED!! DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE MEANS TO REMOVE THESE ITEMS ON THE SPECIFIED LOAD OUT DATE.
**This auction will have a staggered ending, two items per minute. If any item receives a bid within the last minute of the auction, that item will extend for 2 minutes until bidding ceases.
INSPECTION: Representatives will be on site for inspection on Monday, April 14th from 3-5 pm. All items are located at 609 N 2ND Street, Stillmore, GA.
