There is a minimum of $1,500 buyer premium on each property.  If you are the winning bidder you will be required to submit a 20% EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT within 48 hours of the auction. LOT 108 will require an earnest deposit of $5,000.00.

Bidding Ends: March 26th at 12 noon EST.   ***PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS EXTENDED BIDDING IN PLACE ON ALL LOTS. All lots will extend in 5-minute intervals as long as we are receiving bids on ANY PROPERTY. The bidding will remain open until we do not have a bid on any property for 5 minutes.
