SHORT NOTICE, QUICK SALE, NO RESERVE!  This short notice estate auction will include freezer, furniture, washer/dryer, grill, antique Italian rifle, Bose radio, and also many VERY LARGE bulk lots containing kitchenware, glassware, clothes, furniture, household decor and more.  NO INSPECTION, ONE PICKUP DATE ONLY (Monday December 9th) Bidding ends Sunday December 8th at 6:00 PM

**This auction will have a staggered ending, one item per minute.  If any item receives a bid within the last minute of the auction, that item will extend for 2 minutes until bidding ceases.

INSPECTION:  There will be NO in person inspection for this auction. Please examine pictures carefully and closely and bid accordingly. Items are described to the best of our abilities, but with no guarantee of accuracy.  Please be sure to click through on individual items for longer descriptions, additional information and additional pictures.

PICKUP: Pick up for this auction will be one day only!  Monday, December 9th from 9 AM to 5 PM.  No shipping, pickup only. If you are unable to pick up on this date, please DO NOT bid! Winning bidders must be prepared to take ALL items and bring their own tools and labor for removal. Any abandoned property will result in a $250 cleanout fee charged to the card on file in accordance with the terms and conditions.  PLEASE PLAN AHEAD FOR THESE CONDITIONS AND PICKUP DATES!  All items are located at 112 Spotted Fawn Rd S, Statesboro, Georgia 30461
