After a successful 25 year run, the owners of the Savannah location of Perkins Restaurant and Bakery have decided to retire.  South Auction is proud to assist them with this transition by offering some great inventory in this auction catalog! Items include ice makers, prep tables, sinks, prep coolers, freezers, flat top griddles, tables and chairs, commercial microwaves, small wares and much more! Bidding ends December 11th.

**This auction will have a staggered ending, three items per minute.  If any item receives a bid within the last minute of the auction, that item will extend for 2 minutes until bidding ceases.

INSPECTION:  Representatives will be on site for inspection from 10 AM to Noon on Friday, December 6th and Tuesday, December 10th. All items are located at the restaurant location, 3A Gateway Blvd S, Savannah, GA 31419.  South Auction strongly recommends in person inspection.  Items are described to the best of our abilities, but with no guarantee of accuracy.  Please be sure to click through on individual items for longer descriptions, additional information and additional pictures.

PICKUP: Pick up for this auction will be by appointment for select hours on Thursday and Friday December 12th and 13th ONLY. South Auction representatives will not be on site after these designated pickup days.  The seller's lease will expire and any items left behind will be considered abandoned with no refunds.  If you are unable to pick up on these designated pickup dates, please do not bid. Winning bidders will be contacted via email about how to set an appointment.  NO SHIPPING is available for this auction. PICKUP ONLY. Winning bidders are responsible for all disassembly and loading. Please plan ahead to bring your own labor and tools. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD FOR THESE PICKUP DATES AND CONDITIONS!
