This short-notice auction is for ALL of the contents of the former Cabinet Masters building in Swainsboro GA. Nearly 40 years of cabinet making is all wrapped into 1 lot. There are thousands of items in this building ie….saws, drills, lumber, planers, old cabinets, and MUCH MUCH more! Our owner Rusty Lane has recently purchased this building with hopes of leasing it out. EVERYTHING needs to go so he can refurbish the building.
- All items must be removed by Tuesday, June 6th at 5 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!! The buyer is 100% responsible for load out. South Auction will give you the key to the building and leave.
- Inspection will be Friday, May 26th from 1-3 PM and Tuesday, May 30th from 1-3 PM. Or by appointment.

Electricity and dust collector pipes will be disconnected from each machine by the auction company.

Many of these items are built into a cabinet or work table. The high bidder should be prepared to handle the removal of those items.

Items in the two offices are NOT included in this auction.

The high bidder will not be responsible for cleaning everything out of the building. Take what you want and we will trash what’s left.

This auction is for contents only. No electrical wiring, lighting, heaters, cooling systems, or fire extinguishers shall be removed.

Any damage to the building during removal will be paid for by the high bidder.

The previous owner retired in December 2022. As far as he knows all equipment was working when he closed the doors. There are several power tools “ mostly under work tables or in the hardware room “ that do NOT work but were kept for parts. South Auction nor Rusty Lane make any guarantee about the condition of any items.
