Liquidation of the equipment and fixtures of the former Fazolis at 10 Mill Creek Drive Pooler, GA. This auction includes a wide variety of commercial kitchen equipment, tables, chairs, booths metal shelving and many other items. Bidding ends October 5th.
**This auction will have a staggered ending, three items per minute. If any item receives a bid within the last minute of the auction, that item will extend for 2 minutes until bidding ceases.
INSPECTION: Representatives will be on site for inspection on Tuesday, October 4th from 9AM to Noon. All items are located at the former Fazoli's at 10 Mill Creek Circle Pooler, GA 31322. South Auction strongly recommends in person inspection. No equipment has been tested as there is no electricity at this facility. However, the equipment is only 2 years old and all items were in good working condition when the restaurant closed. Items are described to the best of our abilities, but with no guarantee of accuracy. PICKUP: Pick up for this auction will be by appointment on October 7th, 8th and 10th ONLY. South Auction representatives will not be on site after these designated pickup dates. Items not picked up on these dates will be considered abandoned with no refunds. No exceptions. If you are unable to pick up on these designated dates, please do not bid. NO SHIPPING IS AVALIABLE FOR THIS AUCTION. Winning bidders will be contacted via email about how to set an appointment. Winning bidders are responsible for all disassembly and loading of all items. There will be no tools or equipment available on site. Please remember that there is no electricity in the building. This auction site is poorly lit in back storage area so please plan to bring appropriate tools and lights. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD FOR THESE CONDITIONS AND PICKUP DATES!
