This auction includes a wide variety of commercial kitchen equipment from the store's bakery, deli and meat market. The catalog will also include the store's backup generator, pallet racks, gondola shelving, stainless sinks, stainless tables and much more. Bidding ends July 27th

**This auction will have a staggered ending, three items per minute. If any item receives a bid within the last minute of the auction, that item will extend for 2 minutes until bidding ceases.

INSPECTION: Representatives will be on site for inspection on Saturday, July 23rd and Tuesday, July 26th from 9 AM to Noon. All items are located at the former Kroger at 14010 Abercorn Street in Savannah, GA. South Auction strongly recommends in person inspection. No equipment has been tested as there is no power to any of the receptacles at this facility. Items are described to the best of our abilities, but with no guarantee of accuracy. PICKUP: Pick up for this auction will be by appointment for on July 29th, 30th and August 1st ONLY. South Auction representatives will not be on site after these designated pickup dates. Items not picked up on these dates will be considered abandoned with no refunds. No exceptions. If you are unable to pick up on these designated dates, please do not bid. NO SHIPPING IS AVALIABLE FOR THIS AUCTION. Winning bidders will be contacted via email about how to set an appointment. Winning bidders are responsible for all disassembly and loading of all items. There will be no tools or equipment available on site. Three main exits will be provided, two of which are raised loading docks. This auction site is poorly lit and has no electricity to its receptacles so please plan to bring appropriate tools and lights. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD FOR THESE CONDITIONS AND PICKUP DATES!
