This downsizing/moving auction will include a John Deere tractor, many pieces of equipment, a Triumph Spitfire, slot machine, exercise equipment, furniture, home décor and much more!  Bidding opens February 23rd and ends March 2nd

**This auction will have a staggered ending, three items per minute.  If any item receives a bid within the last minute of the auction, that item will extend for 2 minutes until bidding ceases.

INSPECTION:  Representatives will be on site for inspection Saturday, February 26th from 9-11 AM and Tuesday, March 1st from 4-6 PM.  Items may also be inspected by appointment.  All items are located at 748 Adabell (Ada Bell in Google) Road Register, GA 30452.  South Auction strongly recommends in person inspection.  Items are described to the best of our abilities, but with no guarantee of accuracy.  Please be sure to click through on individual items for longer descriptions, additional information and additional pictures.

PICKUP: Pick up for this auction will be by appointment for select hours on Friday and Saturday March 4th and 5th.  Winning bidders will be contacted via email about how to set an appointment.  THESE PICKUP DATES ARE FIRM.  SOUTH AUCTION REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE ON SITE AFTER THESE DESIGNATED PICKUP DAYS.  NO SHIPPING IS OFFERED FOR THIS AUCTION.  PLEASE PLAN AHEAD FOR THESE PICKUP DATES!  *Note that tractor will be used for loading and should be picked up between Noon and 3 PM on March 5th
